About Chloé
Getting to know who I am and how I work
My Story
Collaborative healing,
authentically human.
Hello, I'm Chloé, and I'm so glad you're here. Our authentic humanness connects us, and is the main component of healing. My own formative experiences shaped my path to becoming a therapist.
Healing happens in the context of our connection. My role is to create a safe, empathic, and nonjudgmental space where you feel seen and supported as your whole self. I take the time to genuinely understand who you are, not just your symptoms, but your values, identity, and lived experience.
You are the expert of your own life. Together, we'll explore what healing means for you, and co-create a process that feels both empowering and authentic.
My Therapeutic Philosophy
At the heart of my practice is a deep respect for each person's unique path. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Instead, I listen carefully and adapt my approach to what resonates most with you.
My work is grounded in a relational, humanistic, person-centered framework — which means I trust in your inherent capacity for growth and self-healing. I draw on attachment theory to understand how early relationships shape who we are today, and I weave in mindfulness practices to help you develop a kinder, more present relationship with yourself.
I am also a trauma-informed clinician, which means I understand how past experiences live in the body and nervous system, and I proceed with care and pacing that honors your sense of safety at every step.
Who I Work With
I work with adults and fellow therapists or healers navigating a wide range of life experiences - from anxiety and grief to identity exploration and professional challenges. I have a particular passion for supporting:
- Therapists and healers experiencing compassion fatigue, burnout, clinical challenges and the general struggles of being a therapist in todays world.
- LGBTQ+ individuals and couples seeking affirming, identity-congruent care
- People experiencing anxiety in all its forms: generalized, social, existential, or health-related
- Those navigating grief and loss: whether from death, relationships, identity shifts, or life transitions
How We'll Work Together
The pillars of my practice
Every element of how I work is in service of creating an experience that truly supports your healing.
Safety & Trust First
Nothing meaningful happens without a foundation of genuine safety. We'll move at your pace, always.
Seeing the Whole Person
Your diagnosis or symptoms don't define you. I'm interested in you — your story, your strengths, your full humanity.
Collaborative & Adaptive
We'll regularly check in to make sure the work feels relevant and useful. Therapy should evolve with you.
Culturally Affirming
I approach your culture, identity, and background with curiosity and deep respect, not assumptions.
Strengths-Based
You already have resilience and inner resources. My job is to help you access them and build on what's already there.
Honest & Warm
I bring warmth and a genuine care to the room, while honoring the weight of what you're carrying.
